I’m Evelyn, and I’m honored to serve as the President of our PTSA this year.  Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of serving as an active member of our PTSA.  As a parent of 2 children, one currently attending Nobel, I have witnessed firsthand the incredible dedication and enthusiasm of our teachers and the strong sense of community that defines our school and that is what inspires me to be part of this wonderful association. Professionally, I balance my time as a photographer and real estate agent, which fuels my creativity and drive. When I am not working or in my PTSA role, I enjoy sewing, crafting and exploring new interests. I’m excited to work together to make this a great year for everyone!

Nina Niu-Ok is a former Nobel parent whose two children include a 10th grader in high school and a junior in college. Nina currently sits on the PTSA boards of her child’s high school as well as her children’s former middle and elementary schools, which includes Nobel CMS. She is actively involved in all three schools, chairing and working various events. Nina enjoys working together with other parents and school staff and administration to help enrich children’s educational experience.

I have always been a PTA member for as long as my children have attended school. In July of 2023 I joined the amazing Nobel PTSA Executive Board. The other Board members continually amaze me with their dedication to this amazing school community and I feel honored to be a part of this group. I am the proud parent of one current Nobel Nighthawk (8th grade) and of one future Nobel Nighthawk (4th grade). This is my first year with Nobel PTSA and I’m looking forward to being part of the community. I have a son in 6th grade at Nobel and another son in 3rd grade at Beckford Charter ES. When I’m not volunteering at both of my kids’ schools I am working as an Operations Manager for a distribution company. I’m also kept busy taking care of other family members such as my two cats, Rocky and Luna, two guinea pigs, Coco and Speedy and several cichlid fish, the kids haven’t gotten around to naming them yet. I believe it’s important for kids to see their parents be involved in their schools. It fosters a sense of security and support for both parents, teachers and students in ensuring their success.

Hello, my name is Esmeralda Trevizo. I am a proud mother of four exceptional kids ages 34, 33, 23 and 11. I am currently a retired nurse and a full-time mom.  I currently have a sixth grader here at Nobel my daughter, Victoria trevizo.  I have been a member of the PTA board for the past six years and I enjoy being part of such a great group because I love helping and enjoy working with the staff and kids to make our schools a better place.

I am a proud parent to my daughter Chloe Le – 8th grader and my son Paxton Le -6th grader at Nobel CMS. I am a pharmacist, directing the pharmacy department at a hospital in Los Angeles. I have been a member of PTSA and have been more involved with the organization in the last couple of years. I find it rewarding and hope to be even more active and continue to be a part of this great community.

Joining the PTA was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made as a parent to 2 kids attending our local public school. After 27 years of working in the corporate industry, I chose to stay home and devote my time to my kids and their education. My son is now an 8th Grader here at Nobel and my daughter is an 11th Grader in high school. I am on the PTA board of both my kids’ schools and still actively support their elementary school. The entire experience of being involved with the PTA has been very rewarding for me, as a person and as a member of the community. I learned many skills along the way and met many great parents who I have become very good friends with throughout the years. My passion to help improve my children’s schools will continue to grow and make school a fun and safe place to learn.
